High Point Solutions (HPS) provided a number of services to a Northern New Jersey School District (NNJSD) when they were experiencing throughput problems with their existing network infrastructure.  These services included Network Assessment, Security Vulnerability Analysis, Network Design, Equipment Staging, Configuration, Installation and Testing.

In the Discovery and Analysis phases of the Network Assessment, HPS quantified the network and identified issues.  A Threat and Vulnerability Analysis was performed to assess their security posture.  After assessing the network and the NNJSD’s requirements, HPS presented recommendations to resolve performance issues and enhance security. 

HPS subsequently developed a network architecture with enhanced security features.  This design improved security by separating network traffic of different security domains while isolating assets from various threats.

In our staging facilities, HPS interconnected, configured and tested new network equipment for the NNJSD.  This service limited down time during the actual installation to the time required to rack and connect the equipment.

Comprehensive documentation was provided to the NNJSD for each stage of the project.  This documentation included the Network and Security Assessment, High Level Architecture and Detailed Design.  At the completion of the project, the NNJSD obtained everything they needed to take advantage of the new features built into their new architecture.
